Richard Edward Phillips, Father of Con Trios Member Christa Leone's Significant Other Rick Phillips passed away yesterday, September 11th, 2010. Rick and Christa boat out of Eagle's Landing Marina in the boat "Little River Girl".

Phillips, Richard Edward. Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, died September 11, 2010; born May 6, 1927.

Beloved Husband of the late Mary Darst Chassaing Phillips for 60 years; dearest father of Mary Anne(Dan)Snyder, Linda(Walt)Bogart, Pattie (Steve) Homeyer, Susan Phillips, Tim (Karen)Phillips, Dan Phillips, Rick Phillips, Joe Phillips and Peggy (Bob) McPherson; dearest grandfather and great grandfather. Son of the late George and Wilhelmina Phillips, brother of the late Donald Phillips and Eileen Adams. Dear brother-in-law, Uncle, cousin and friend to so many.

Cleveland HS graduate 1945. US Navy 1944-46. St Louis University, BA in Accounting 1950. Married his sweet Mary in 1950. Worked as a Cost Analyst with AVSCOM until he retired in 1985.
He was a life longer learner & seeker of knowledge. He loved to read, laugh, enjoyed discussing life’s issues and “Phillipizing” about the possible solutions. He loved his wife and his 9 children with all of his heart & soul. Thought 9 times anything was never enough. May Angels watch over you, our dear Dad!
